Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 have a flat $6.95 fee, which you'll see in your cart before checkout.
How long until my order ships?
Most physical items ship within 1–3 business days, and you'll get tracking by email once they're on the way.
How are software and gift cards delivered?
Digital items are emailed as codes to the address you provide at checkout. Not in your inbox? Check spam or promotions, then contact us.
Can I return an item?
Most unused physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Delivered digital codes and opened personal care items are final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy for the details.
